Wayfinding
Interior Design: Davenport Campbell
Working in close partnership with architects Davenport Campbell to develop state of the art office facilities on the edge of Melbourne’s Docklands, we approached the wayfinding as an integrated part of the interior design fit out.
Erebus worked alongside the architectural and interior design team to explore opportunities to create a seamless interface between the wayfinding and interiors, sharing common materials and fabrication processes.
The design was required to meet the exacting 6-star WELS rating, negating the use of glues, vinyl and other products commonly found in wayfinding systems.
The result is a highly tactile wayfinding system that introduces hand worked elements, within the context of a highly sophisticated and unique office environment.
